If you are not satisfied with a paid plan or a Lifetime purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No need to explain why — change of mind is fine.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant order and follow the refund instructions.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not generally refund partial periods after the 30-day window.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (including any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law).
